Our specialist education catering team produces fresh, tasty meals that comply with government nutritional standards and turn the traditional image of school dinners on its head. All our tea, coffee, hot chocolate and most of our fruit juices are Fairtrade but we don’t stop there.
In the interests of improving animal welfare, supporting local agriculture and supplying first-class, fully traceable produce, we actively promote the standards espoused by Red Tractor and like-minded organisations. We believe our customers care about provenance and sustainability too and are proud to have been awarded Assured Food Standards accreditation. This independent mark of quality guarantees our food meets high standards of food safety and hygiene, animal welfare and environmental protection.
